Job Duties

Serve as liaison between Event Sales/Event Planning Manager and on-site meeting contact
Handle and address special needs or requests during events
Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event details
Coordinate group dynamics to ensure smooth event execution
Provide efficient and attentive service to event attendees
Assist in resolving any event-related issues promptly
Support overall event planning and execution efforts
