Job Requirements

  • Recent and relevant culinary experience in a high-energy, event-based or banquet environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Current Food Handler's Certificate
  • Ability to follow directions and maintain professional standards
  • Preferred: valid driver's license with clean record
  • Willingness to drive a 16-foot box truck or learn
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time as needed

Job Duties

  • Prepare, finish, and present dishes across varied event styles, following precise recipes and plating guides
  • Collaborate with culinary and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Operate event kitchen equipment (ovens, stoves, grills, fryers) safely and proficiently
  • Load, set up, and break down event kitchens, safeguarding product quality from commissary to service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in line with food safety standards
