Job Requirements
- Must be able to commute daily to the Los Angeles office
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event hospitality, catering, or production
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Knowledge of local Los Angeles event and catering industry

- Ability to creatively problem solve and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with the Los Angeles catering and event scene

- Passion for events and hospitality
Job Duties
- Turn sold events into real-world magic with timelines, rentals, layouts, and communication across departments
- Lead venue walkthroughs and help map the perfect flow for food and service
- Create BEOs, pack sheets, rental orders, and station diagrams
- Collaborate with design manager and creative director to ensure every detail reflects the event vision
- Partner closely with culinary, operations, and service teams to execute flawless experiences
- Coordinate logistics for out-of-town events including travel, accommodations, budgets, and details
- Be present at the Los Angeles office daily
