Job Requirements

  • Must be able to commute daily to the Los Angeles office
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event hospitality, catering, or production
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • Knowledge of local Los Angeles event and catering industry
  • Team player mindset

Job Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in event hospitality, catering, or production
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with the Los Angeles catering and event scene
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy environment
  • Passion for events and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Turn sold events into real-world magic with timelines, rentals, layouts, and communication across departments
  • Lead venue walkthroughs and help map the perfect flow for food and service
  • Create BEOs, pack sheets, rental orders, and station diagrams
  • Collaborate with design manager and creative director to ensure every detail reflects the event vision
  • Partner closely with culinary, operations, and service teams to execute flawless experiences
  • Coordinate logistics for out-of-town events including travel, accommodations, budgets, and details
  • Be present at the Los Angeles office daily
