Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in event operations management
  • Proven knowledge of music, food, and wine business
  • Ability to take direction and resolve issues with poise
  • Commitment to operational excellence
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, pulling, pushing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs
  • Proficiency in POS operation
  • Fluency in English

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in event operations management or equivalent relevant experience
  • Proven background in strategizing and executing on-premise events
  • Exceptional hospitality and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, delegate, and coordinate in fast-paced, high volume environments
  • Functional knowledge of health department regulations
  • Fluency in English including reading, writing, and basic business mathematics skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute the plan of the Manager on Duty for all onsite event logistics including day prior, set up, execution, and post-event breakdown
  • Participate in food and beverage service as outlined by the Manager on Duty
  • Communicate and collaborate with the Kitchen Chef and Front of House Managers to ensure event success
  • Maintain event standards according to Banquet Event Orders and SOP training
  • Organize, print, and distribute detailed Banquet Event Orders to relevant departments
  • Manage inventory of equipment and coordinate rental orders and vendor logistics
  • Oversee post-event tasks like room resets, rental equipment organization, and supply management
