Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 21 years or older
  • valid Indiana servers permit
  • at least 1 year bartending experience
  • ability to walk or stand for long periods
  • able to lift 30 pounds
  • licensed to bartend
  • strong customer service skills
  • reliable and team-oriented

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • valid Indiana servers permit
  • minimum 1 year of bartending experience
  • ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time
  • comfortable lifting 30 pounds
  • knowledge of drink recipes and ingredients
  • knowledge of industry trends
  • knowledge of proper safety requirements
  • positive and outgoing attitude
  • team-player
  • diverse taste in music
  • experience using Square POS (bonus)

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • take and prepare orders efficiently
  • focus on speed without sacrificing quality
  • handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently according to company standards
  • observe all state and federal laws regarding the service of food and alcohol including maintaining current certifications
  • maintain clean service area and stock inventory as needed
  • perform pre and post-shift cleaning and disinfecting
