- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Physical agility to stand, walk and lift materials up to 50 pounds

- Previous banquet bartender experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests and take beverage orders from banquet servers or directly from guests
- Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered in compliance with company standards
- Check guest ID's to verify age requirements for purchase and consumption of alcohol
- Assist the banquet team as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all guests
