Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or beverage service preferred
- ability to check identification for age verification
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- capacity to stand for extended periods
- must comply with state and local alcoholic beverage service laws
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or beverage service experience preferred
- knowledge of standard drink recipes and cocktail preparation
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to handle cash and manage transactions accurately
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- familiarity with state alcohol laws and regulations

Job Duties
- Greet guests
- take beverage orders from the banquet servers or directly from guests
- mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered in compliance with company standards
- check guest I.D.s to verify age requirements for purchase/consumption of alcohol
- assist the banquet team as needed
