Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- 2 years of prior experience as a bartender in catering or restaurant
- Knowledge of cocktail mixology and proper beverage service
- Excellent customer service skills and strong communication
- Ability to multitask and be courteous to guests
- Must be able to work events lasting around 4 hours with limited breaks
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs

Job Duties
- Be timely for all shifts and check-in with Event Captain or Event Manager
- Be friendly, smile, be personable and have a positive attitude during all events
- Stock bar with glassware and appropriate beer, wine, liquor as listed on the banquet event order
- Cut and prep slices of fruit garnishes and fills juice mixers as needed
- Refill ice bins
- Provide service of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service throughout an event based on the style of bar service (open bar or cash bar)
- Maintain cleanliness of all work areas and bartending supplies
