Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to pass video-based evaluation tests
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- good physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods
- strong interpersonal skills
- flexible availability
Job Qualifications
- prior bartending experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- knowledge of standard cocktail recipes and drink preparation
- must be outgoing and personable
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Duties
- serve drinks at various events and venues
- engage with event guests in a friendly and professional manner
- prepare and mix cocktails according to recipes and guest preferences
- ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and safety regulations
- set up and break down bar stations efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operations
