Job Requirements
- At least three years of experience in bartending
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to operate point-of-sales system accurately and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- At least three years of bartending experience
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- knowledge of food and beverage regulations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a team
- attention to detail and organization skills
Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
- greet guests in a timely manner and take orders
- process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures
- maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
- conduct monthly liquor inventory
- order bar sundries including ice, garnishes, and bar mixers
- ensure inventory efficiency and that all product has application and purpose
- process invoices
- receive and stock liquor product
- maintain cleanliness and organization of liquor room
