Job Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in bartending
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
  • ability to operate point-of-sales system accurately and efficiently

  • At least three years of bartending experience
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately
  • knowledge of food and beverage regulations

  • attention to detail and organization skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • greet guests in a timely manner and take orders
  • process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures
  • maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team
  • conduct monthly liquor inventory
  • order bar sundries including ice, garnishes, and bar mixers
  • ensure inventory efficiency and that all product has application and purpose
  • process invoices
  • receive and stock liquor product
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of liquor room
