The Part-Time Barista position at Live Nation Entertainment is a key role focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and quality beverage preparation within a vibrant and dynamic live event environment. This role calls for an individual who passionately embraces hospitality and is enthusiastic about coffee and tea culture. The successful candidate will consistently craft beverages that meet exacting recipe standards while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and fellow team members. This position requires resourcefulness, a proactive customer engagement attitude, and adaptability, occasionally necessitating overtime for special events. The Barista will be entrusted with maintaining a clean and organized coffee bar area, including replenishing cold brew kegs, assisting with inventory management, and upholding strict safety guidelines. Candidates should anticipate a fast-paced work setting, necessitating flexibility in scheduling and a professional demeanor. Prior food service or bartending experience is preferred, alongside a commitment to delivering excellence in every interaction. The role demands physical capability for prolonged standing, walking, and handling objects up to 30 pounds, highlighting the active nature of the position. Job Qualifications
