Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in bar or event management
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use POS and inventory software
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in bar or event management or a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Certified in responsible alcohol service such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Knowledge of a wide range of beverages and mixology
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Manage all aspects of bar operations at the designated venue including staff
