- Prepare banquet room, tables, and buffet service areas
- communicate special meal requirements to the kitchen staff
- serve food and drinks
- clear tables as needed and refill drinks
- tear down and restock supplies
- assist with event teardown, restocking, and equipment breakdown
- deliver service using basic buffet, banquet, and synchronized service standards
