Job Requirements

Less than high school education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
availability to work special shifts including evenings, nights and weekends
valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
ability to read and understand simple instructions and write simple correspondence
ability to effectively present information one-on-one to customers and employees
ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using American money
maintain neat and clean appearance with complete uniform
physical ability to stand, walk, work outside in various weather conditions, occasionally sit, climb or balance, and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

availability to work shifts including 2nd, 3rd shift, and weekends if required
valid state-issued driver’s license with current address and acceptable driving record
ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write simple correspondence, and effectively present information to customers and employees
ability to perform basic mathematical operations with American money
professional and neat appearance
ability to stand, walk, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, occasionally sit, climb, balance and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

Assist with operating location shuttle as needed
deliver quality customer service by receiving payment for parking services
facilitate the flow of traffic through the gate
arrive at work on time in neat and clean uniform
courteously assist customers by answering questions
direct incoming customers to available parking spaces
count vehicles on location throughout shift as needed
write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors
patrol parking levels on foot or motor carts
help customers who have forgotten their parking location
provide directions and local knowledge to customers
control traffic at entrances and exits
report accidents, policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences
communicate debris, water, oil spills, etc. to management
ensure successful customer interactions
manage cash transactions accurately and securely
verify shift transactions and complete cashier reports
