- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be flexible on hours and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Must be comfortable refusing service to guests if necessary
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Keep the assigned area clean, tidy, and organized, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests
- Act as an ambassador for Old Falls Street and the City of Niagara Falls and provide friendly and informed responses to inquiries
- Perform assigned event tasks including but not limited to serving beer, working point of sale stations, admissions, and checking IDs/wrist bands
- Perform the job safely and in compliance with Old Falls Street policies, procedures, work and safety rules and the employee manual
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures at all times
- Perform other administrative or service functions as assigned for Old Falls Street events
