Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field
  • excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • must have valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation for local travel
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • comfortable working in loud, crowded, and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Contribute to the development of event concepts, themes, and timelines
  • coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure event services, materials, and logistics
  • assist in event preparation, on-site management, and post-event duties
  • provide administrative and logistical support to departments both in-office and at event locations
  • act as a key contact for vendors and internal teams during the planning and execution phases of events
  • ensure timely delivery and setup of all event materials and equipment, adhering to pre-determined plans
  • monitor event flow, ensuring adherence to schedules and resolving any last-minute changes or emergencies efficiently
  • supervise event materials and equipment return, storage, and inventory management
  • perform other duties as assigned
