Job Description

This nonprofit establishment is deeply committed to conservation, education, and guest satisfaction, making it a unique destination for visitors of all ages. The Zoo is home to an array of animal species and picturesque garden settings along the Manatee River, offering a one-of-a-kind venue perfect for various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, social functions, and private celebrations. With the recent opening of new spaces such as the VyStar Skyscape and banquet facilities, the venue provides versatile and scenic event locations that enhance the experience for hosts and guests alike.

Candidates must demonstrate strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in dynamic settings. Given that approximately 75 percent of the workload involves weekend events, flexibility and adaptability to fluctuating schedules are essential. You will have the opportunity to work in a setting where passion for wildlife and conservation intersects with hospitality and event planning, making every event a meaningful and impactful experience for attendees and the wider community.
