The Customer Service Associate position involves a mix of guest services, retail operations, and general operational duties. Associates will greet and assist visitors, handle ticket sales and scanning through POS systems, and provide detailed information about the exhibition to enhance the visitor experience. Additionally, they will manage the gift shop operations, including sales and inventory restocking, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the retail space to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
Operational responsibilities include key holder duties, overseeing the opening and closing procedures for the exhibition space, and monitoring inventory levels. Effective communication with management regarding stock needs is essential to keeping retail operations smooth.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18, with actual compensation potentially varying based on individual qualifications such as skills and experience.
