Job Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in human resources or sport management is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and dynamic situations
  • Team-oriented approach to work

Job Duties

  • Ensure S.A.F.E. standards are met and exceeded by staff
  • Assist with recruitment including marketing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Manage and contribute to new hire and leadership training sessions
  • Maintain time and attendance system accuracy
  • Create and schedule events and manage staffing needs
  • Prepare and monitor equipment and event spaces on major event days
  • Work closely with clients to obtain event information and maintain staffing schedules
  • Respond to HR and operational inquiries from the 24/7 security team
  • Reconcile payroll and event attendance in a timely manner
  • Assist with office communications and payroll questions
