Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality sales
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with sales and catering management systems
- Basic graphic design and social media skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to handle physical aspects of event setup and teardown
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Coordinate and execute event operations across multiple properties
- Collaborate with Sales, Events, Luxe Design, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Drive sales efforts through prospecting, cold calling, and client engagement
- Conduct property tours and generate contracts
- Create graphic designs and marketing collateral
- Assist with social media management and brand identity maintenance
- Oversee event day operations including vendor coordination and banquet staff management
