The Event & Sales Coordinator position at Leal Hospitality Group is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to crafting memorable guest experiences. This role is pivotal in coordinating and executing events seamlessly across the company's portfolio of properties. The coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales, Events, Luxe Design, and Facilities teams to manage event operations meticulously, ensuring that every timeline, detail, and client expectation is met or exceeded. The position offers flexibility, with variable hours ranging from full-time to part-time depending on the season and event schedule.

Beyond event coordination, this role will also involve active sales efforts including prospecting, cold calling, and client engagement to drive revenue growth. The coordinator will be responsible for conducting property tours, generating contracts, and maintaining accurate records to support business development. In addition to sales, marketing is a key component of the role. The Event & Sales Coordinator will create engaging graphic designs and marketing collateral, assist with social media management, and contribute to brand identity maintenance. They will also participate in local and regional wedding and event shows to expand the company’s reach.

On event days, the coordinator oversees all operational aspects, including working with vendors, managing banquet staff, and ensuring that client requests are fulfilled to produce positive and unforgettable experiences. Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality sales
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with sales and catering management systems
  • Basic graphic design and social media skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle physical aspects of event setup and teardown
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
