Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality sales
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with sales and catering management systems
  • Basic graphic design and social media skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to handle physical aspects of event setup and teardown
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and execute event operations across multiple properties
  • Collaborate with Sales, Events, Luxe Design, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Drive sales efforts through prospecting, cold calling, and client engagement
  • Conduct property tours and generate contracts
  • Create graphic designs and marketing collateral
  • Assist with social media management and brand identity maintenance
  • Oversee event day operations including vendor coordination and banquet staff management
