Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- computer proficiency with emphasis on microsoft word and excel
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- previous experience in hospitality or event industry preferred
- ability to work full-time and report to sales manager in sarasota
- motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- contact vendors to confirm availability and check pricing for specific events
- create event cost sheets in excel format
- prepare client proposals in word format with photos and creative descriptions
- follow up on miscellaneous sales and hotel leads as directed
- coordinate site visits for sales managers
- act as liaison between sales manager and clients as directed
- maintain and post content to globalworks facebook page and instagram
- participate in event set-ups and strikes as needed
- manage vendors on-site pre and post event as needed
