Job Duties
- Field sales inquiry calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses
- Oversee the OpenTable and TripleSeat platforms, including managing reservations, updating availability, and optimizing table management to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Prepare and send private event proposals and contracts
- Coordinate with restaurant management and staff to plan and execute private events, including seating arrangements, menu selection and customization, and set-up and event logistics
- Maintain accurate records of event bookings, client communications, and event details
- Follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Serve as a point of contact for general office inquiries
- Perform basic administrative duties such as answering phones and managing voicemail, handling mail and deliveries, ordering office supplies as needed, and support the RSC team functions
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment
