Job Requirements

- Experience in events coordination or related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls, route calls to the appropriate team member, and assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedule and manage loading dock or elevator scheduling for move-ins and move-outs
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- Keep detailed information about local restaurants, shops, and services and maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- Monitor and respond to Lifestyle E-mail Account and support event marketing and awareness
- Create and produce monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers, and manage Resident Portal postings
- Participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
- Provide input into budget development and manage expenses related to resident activities and retention
