- previous experience in customer service or community management preferred
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in using office and property management software
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- assist with tours as needed
- answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
- assist with completed service request call backs
- maintain guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness
- manage and monitor loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
- ensure amenities are prepared and maintained for resident use
- develop and execute innovative and dynamic events, services, and programs utilizing amenity spaces
- develop outcomes and assessment metrics to determine program success
- keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places and maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- provide recommendations to residents and keep updated on community events
- monitor and respond to Lifestyle E-mail Account and coordinate with Lifestyle Team for timely communications
- create and produce monthly calendar, newsletter, flyers and monitor postings on Resident Portal
- participate in ensuring sales and marketing standards and benchmarks are met
- provide input for budget development related to activities and retention
- manage expenses within budget
