Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination or community programming
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in managing social and digital media for community engagement
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Local knowledge of community amenities and services beneficial
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in event coordination or community lifestyle programming preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Experience in customer service or resident relations
- Proficient in creating promotional materials and using digital communication tools
- Basic budgeting and financial management skills
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and ensure their comfort
- Assist with tours as needed
- Answer and route phone calls appropriately and assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite scheduling and manage move-in/out logistics
- Document and notify residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
- Ensure all amenities are tour-ready and prepared for resident use
- Develop and execute innovative events and programs using amenity spaces
- Maintain relationships with local businesses and vendors to provide community insights
- Monitor and respond to lifestyle emails and assist with marketing event awareness
- Create and produce monthly community calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- Participate in meeting sales and marketing standards and benchmarks
- Provide input and manage budgets related to community events and resident retention
