The Event & Lifestyle Coordinator role at Overture Andalucia in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a dynamic position designed to enhance resident retention and community engagement within Greystar's residential properties. Serving as a vital member of the on-site management team, the coordinator works closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to facilitate move-in processes, coordinate events, and support sales and marketing initiatives. This full-time position offers an hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00, with the potential eligibility for additional bonuses based on individual and company performance.
In this role, the coordinator acts as the welcoming face for prospects and residents, managing the leasing area atmosphere and assisting with property tours. They are responsible for managing guest suites, delivery schedules, amenities preparation, and package notifications, ensuring all community services run smoothly. A critical aspect of the position is the creation and execution of engaging lifestyle programs and resident events that foster community spirit, encourage participation, and enhance the overall living experience. The coordinator also handles communications through the Lifestyle Email account and various marketing materials such as monthly calendars, newsletters, and event flyers.
Beyond event coordination, the role requires ongoing relationship building with local businesses and vendors to offer residents valuable recommendations and maintain strong community ties. The coordinator contributes to budgeting for resident activities and tracks program success through defined assessment metrics. Training and mentoring less experienced lifestyle coordinators may also be part of the responsibilities, emphasizing the role's leadership aspect within the lifestyle team.

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area
- Assist with property tours
- Answer and route phone calls
- Manage guest suite schedule and loading dock/elevator for move-ins and move-outs
- Document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours
- Ensure amenities are prepared and in tour condition
- Develop and execute innovative events and programs
- Maintain relationships with local businesses and concierge vendors
- Manage lifestyle email communications and marketing materials
- Create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- Participate in sales and marketing program standards
- Provide input on budget development and manage activity expenses
- Train and guide less experienced lifestyle coordinators
