Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with standard office software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to engage with residents and vendors professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Ability to develop and execute resident programs
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area
  • Assist with property tours
  • Answer and route phone calls
  • Manage guest suite schedule and loading dock/elevator for move-ins and move-outs
  • Document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours
  • Ensure amenities are prepared and in tour condition
  • Develop and execute innovative events and programs
  • Maintain relationships with local businesses and concierge vendors
  • Manage lifestyle email communications and marketing materials
  • Create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • Participate in sales and marketing program standards
  • Provide input on budget development and manage activity expenses
  • Train and guide less experienced lifestyle coordinators
