Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with standard office software
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to engage with residents and vendors professionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or event coordination preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Ability to develop and execute resident programs
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area
- Assist with property tours
- Answer and route phone calls
- Manage guest suite schedule and loading dock/elevator for move-ins and move-outs
- Document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours
- Ensure amenities are prepared and in tour condition
- Develop and execute innovative events and programs
- Maintain relationships with local businesses and concierge vendors
- Manage lifestyle email communications and marketing materials
- Create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- Participate in sales and marketing program standards
- Provide input on budget development and manage activity expenses
- Train and guide less experienced lifestyle coordinators
