The Lifestyle Coordinator role at Greystar is an essential position designed to support the day-to-day management of community living spaces with a focus on enhancing resident retention and satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants to facilitate the move-in process, coordinate and create engaging resident programs and events, and support various sales and marketing efforts within the community. The Lifestyle Coordinator acts as a welcoming face and key support person for prospects and residents, ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter the leasing office. Responsibilities range from greeting visitors to managing package deliveries and coordinating the use of amenities.
Furthermore, the Lifestyle Coordinator plays a creative role, developing innovative events, services, and programs aimed at fostering community involvement and improving resident quality of life. This position also requires monitoring and utilizing feedback to assess the effectiveness of programs and activities, thereby driving continual improvements. The coordinator stays well-informed about local businesses, services, and entertainment options to provide valuable recommendations to residents, facilitating community engagement and satisfaction. Communication skills are crucial as the role involves managing email correspondence, producing monthly newsletters and event calendars, and assisting in marketing initiatives.
Compensation for this position ranges hourly from $23.00 to $25.00, with opportunities for additional bonuses based on individual or company performance, especially for onsite roles. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role or community coordination preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings or weekends
- Ability to engage positively with residents and team members

Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensures visitor comfort
- Assists with tours as needed
- Answers and routes phone calls, assists with service request call backs
- Maintains guest suite schedule and manages move-in/move-out loading dock or elevator schedule
- Manages package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensures amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Develops and executes innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- Maintains detailed information on local businesses and provides recommendations to residents
- Monitors and responds to Lifestyle E-mail Account and coordinates marketing efforts
- Creates monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and resident portal postings
- Participates in achieving sales and marketing standards and benchmarks
- Provides input on budgets related to planned activities and manages expenses within budget
