Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a customer service or property management role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple responsibilities
  • Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and team members

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and local vendors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common property management software
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Previous experience in event planning or community engagement is a plus

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area and assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with service request callbacks
  • Maintain guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness
  • Manage and monitor loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Handle all package deliveries, document arrivals, and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure all amenities are prepared and in tour-ready condition
  • Develop and execute innovative events, programs, and services using amenity spaces
  • Maintain detailed information on local businesses and provide recommendations to residents
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email accounts and assist with marketing awareness
  • Create monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and update Resident Portal
  • Participate in meeting sales and marketing program standards
  • Provide input on budget development related to activities and manage expenses to budget
