Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or community engagement roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to greet and assist residents and prospects professionally
- Capacity to manage schedules and logistics
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event planning or lifestyle coordination preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in creating marketing materials such as newsletters and flyers
- Knowledge of local area resources and amenities
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams
- Basic budgeting and expense management skills
Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures their comfort
- Assists with tours as needed
- Answers phone calls and routes all calls to appropriate team members
- Assists with service request call backs
- Maintains guest suite schedule and manages loading dock/elevator schedule for move-ins/move-outs
- Manages package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensures amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Develops and executes innovative events, services, and programs using amenity space
- Monitors and responds to Lifestyle E-mail Account
- Creates monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers with activities and events
- Participates in Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks
- Provides input into budgets related to activities and resident retention
- Manages expenses to budget
