The Lifestyle Coordinator role is a vital community-facing position within Greystar's property management sector, designed to enhance resident retention and engagement. This position effectively supports the day-to-day management of apartment communities by working closely with the Community Manager and Sales Consultants. The Lifestyle Coordinator assists in welcoming new prospects and residents, facilitating move-ins, and fostering a positive and engaging living experience through creative and dynamic events and programs. This role is integral to executing marketing and sales efforts, organizing community programs, and ensuring the overall maintenance of amenities to maximize resident satisfaction. The Lifestyle Coordinator greets visitors, manages scheduling for guest suites and deliveries, supports communications via phone and email, and coordinates initiatives that build a vibrant community atmosphere. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 to $18.00 and may be eligible for various bonus programs depending on role and performance. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area
  • Assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls and route them appropriately
  • Manage guest suite scheduling and ensure cleanliness
  • Oversee package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Maintain amenity spaces in tour-ready condition
  • Develop and execute innovative resident events and programs
  • Maintain knowledge of local businesses and offer resident recommendations
  • Manage Lifestyle email account and respond timely
  • Create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • Participate in achieving sales and marketing program standards
  • Provide input on activity budgets and manage expenses
