Job Requirements

- prior experience in customer service or related field
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- proficiency in using email and office software

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area
- assist with tours as needed
- answer phone calls and route them appropriately
- assist with service request call backs
- manage guest suite schedules and ensure cleanliness
- coordinate loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- manage and monitor all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- develop and execute innovative, creative, and dynamic events, services, and programs
- maintain detailed information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places and maintain positive relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- respond to Lifestyle email account and create marketing and awareness of events
- create and produce monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers for activities and events
- monitor and submit resident portal postings
- participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met
- provide input into budget development for planned activities and resident retention
- manage expenses to budget
