Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or community management preferred
  • Ability to greet and assist prospects and residents professionally
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency including email handling
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate logistics
  • Capable of developing and executing resident programs
  • Ability to maintain detailed records and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
  • Assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls and route them appropriately
  • Assist with completed service request callbacks
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule for payment and cleanliness
  • Manage and monitor loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
  • Develop outcomes and assessment metrics to determine program success
  • Maintain information on local restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other relevant services
  • Maintain positive relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
  • Respond to Lifestyle email account messages in a timely manner
  • Create marketing materials including monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • Monitor and submit items for Resident Portal postings
  • Participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met
  • Provide input into budget development related to planned activities and resident retention
  • Manage expenses to budget
