The Event and Catering Manager position at Breckenridge Brewery, part of Tilray Beverages' expanding portfolio in Fort Collins, Colorado, offers an exciting opportunity to lead brewery events, private parties, and catering operations. This full-time role is designed for a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of driving revenue growth, ensuring impeccable guest experiences, and supporting day-to-day business activities. Reporting directly to senior management, the Event and Catering Manager plays a pivotal role in event planning, logistical coordination, staffing management, and client relationship development. This position also entails providing essential support during the General Manager's absence, underscoring its importance within the organizational structure.

Key responsibilities include organizing and overseeing a diverse range of brewery events such as live music, trivia nights, bingo sessions, beer release celebrations, private parties, and other special occasions. The manager coordinates with musicians, DJs, vendors, artists, and community partners to manage logistics, schedules, and seamless event execution. Innovation and market awareness are essential, as the role requires researching trends and developing new event ideas to boost guest engagement and attendance.

Catering and private event management are critical components of this position. The manager supervises catering operations for private events, taproom buyouts, group reservations, and exclusive dining areas, ensuring quality service and client satisfaction. Expanding the catering business through community outreach, networking, and local sales initiatives is a key objective, alongside negotiating contracts, pricing, and communication with clients. Collaboration with kitchen, bar, and service teams is vital for smooth event execution, while overseeing supplies and equipment ensures operational readiness.

Guest experience remains a top priority. The manager addresses client requests, manages last-minute changes, and professionally resolves day-of challenges.
