Job Requirements
- Access to a reliable pickup truck
- smartphone with data plan
- ability to carry up to 50lbs at a time without assistance
- availability from 6PM until completion on Sundays
- availability from 7PM until completion Monday through Thursday
- some availability on Fridays and Saturdays
- physical fitness suitable for active work
- willingness to work flexible evening hours
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to carry up to 50lbs without assistance
- experience in waste collection or property maintenance preferred
- reliable access to a pickup truck
- smartphone with active data plan
- evening availability on a consistent weekly schedule
- good communication skills
- physical fitness to handle active trash collection duties
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment communities
- load trash into pickup truck and transport to onsite compactor or trash bins
- maintain consistent high-performance service during scheduled evening shifts
- communicate effectively using a smartphone with data plan
- complete shifts efficiently between 1 to 3 hours mostly during evenings
- follow safety protocols while carrying and loading trash
- provide excellent customer service to ensure resident satisfaction
