Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Must have a truck, trailer, or cargo van
- Smartphone for work communication
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Availability to work Sunday to Thursday evenings from 7:00 PM
- Commitment to consistent attendance and performance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in waste collection or related field preferred
- Able to work independently during evening hours
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Familiarity with basic safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps
- Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area
- Walk the apartment community during service hours
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Communicate work status as needed
- Participate in paid training
- Maintain reliable attendance during scheduled shifts
