Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- able to lift and carry light event materials
- friendly, punctual, and reliable
- available for evening shifts only
- able to commit to at least two nights per week
- willing to travel within Puget Sound region
- basic comfort with technology is a plus
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- experience with event setup or hospitality preferred
- comfortable handling audio-visual equipment
- strong organizational skills
- friendly and punctual
- ability to work independently
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- arrive at office to prep for evening event
- print registration lists, name tags, and handouts
- pack audio-visual and seminar materials into vehicle
- drive to event locations within Puget Sound area
- set up registration table, seating, AV equipment, and background music
- greet attendees and note audience responses during presentation
- collect feedback forms and assist in booking follow-up appointments
- submit digital notes and updates after events
