Job Description
Leverage Planners LLC is a financial services company dedicated to eliminating financial anxiety for its clients, lovingly referred to as Blue Jean Millionaires. The company focuses on helping individuals achieve lifelong financial security, freedom, and peace of mind through expert financial planning and education. Located in Bellevue, Washington, Leverage Planners serves the greater Seattle area, hosting regular retirement seminars designed to offer valuable financial insights and planning strategies. Their team is committed to making financial education accessible and engaging, empowering clients with the knowledge and confidence needed to secure a comfortable retirement. The company values reliability, professionalism, and a strong client-centric approach, creating an environment where employees can grow and contribute meaningfully to their community.
The role open at Leverage Planners is for a Seminar Operations Coordinator, a part-time, evening position offering approximately 10 hours per week. This position involves critical operational support for the company’s retirement seminars that take place two nights a week, usually Tuesdays and Thursdays, with occasional Wednesday events. Candidates will work primarily out of the Bellevue office for event preparation before traveling to various event locations throughout the Puget Sound region, anywhere from Kent to Everett. This job is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, consistent, evening work outside of traditional business hours, with an hourly wage ranging from $22 to $30 plus paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
In this role, the Seminar Operations Coordinator is responsible for preparing seminar materials, setting up events onsite, greeting attendees, and performing light administrative tasks like data entry after events. The work schedule is predictable and structured, allowing for an excellent work-life balance while providing meaningful contribution to the company’s mission. This position is especially suited for organized, friendly individuals comfortable with technology, including operating audiovisual equipment and managing slide presentations. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are mandatory for transporting materials to event sites, and the role requires punctuality and the ability to commit consistently to two evening shifts per week.
This is a unique opportunity for someone looking for a professional and stable part-time role with potential for growth in the fall, as the number of seminar nights may increase. Working for Leverage Planners means joining a team dedicated to delivering impactful financial education in a polished, professional manner, all while earning reliable evening income in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The role’s emphasis on clear responsibilities, steady hours, and meaningful work makes it attractive for students, professionals seeking side gigs, or individuals prioritizing evening availability for other commitments.
