The New Sales Dealership Evening Receptionist at Huffines Kia McKinney is a key front-line role responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors and callers. This position requires someone who is personable, attentive, and highly organized. The receptionist greets customers warmly, manages telephone communications efficiently, directs guests to the appropriate departments, and provides essential administrative support. This role is essential in ensuring smooth communication throughout the dealership and upholding the high standards that Huffines is known for.
The work schedule for this position is Monday through Saturday, from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays, accommodating the busy nature of the dealership’s operations. In this role, the receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, demonstrating superb customer service skills and a deep understanding of the business. They are expected to be proficient in handling multiple phone lines, managing inquiries, and coordinating with various departments to resolve customer questions or concerns promptly.
Beyond customer-facing tasks, the receptionist also supports internal functions by performing administrative duties, maintaining an organized environment, and assisting with office tasks as needed. The position demands professionalism in dress, speech, and behavior, reinforcing the company’s brand image. Proficiency with computers is necessary to perform the assigned duties effectively.
