We are currently seeking an experienced Evening Porter to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficient and safe operation of our vehicle fleet and parking facilities during the evening hours. The Evening Porter will be responsible for managing the movement and parking of vehicles on the lot, ensuring that all vehicles are parked correctly and tracked meticulously. This position requires a high level of trustworthiness and responsibility, as the porter will be entrusted with valuable property. The role demands excellent driving skills, a solid understanding of basic vehicle maintenance, and the capability to interact professionally with customers and team members alike.

The Evening Porter will work between 3pm to 8pm or 4pm to 9pm, providing support during peak evening hours. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $16.00, reflecting the importance of the role within the organization. On the operational side, the porter will handle maintenance tasks within their skill set, coordinate transportation logistics to and from repair shops, ensure vehicles are clean and safe to operate, and keep supervisors informed about vehicle status and issues. Strong communication with maintenance technicians, vendors, and transportation providers is crucial to keep programs and tools up-to-date and efficient.

This role is ideally suited for individuals who hold a valid driver's license, have prior experience in a porter or related position, and possess the reliability needed to manage valuable assets. Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends and holidays is necessary. The ability to maintain accurate records, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with internal and external partners is essential to succeed in this position.
