Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to handle all equipment including pans and pots
- Experience working in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to handle raw chicken
- Knowledge of operating dish machines and ware washing
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts
- Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs
- Ability to manage garbage and operate trash compactors
- Hours available from 5pm to 11pm
Job Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation practices
- Previous experience operating dishwashing equipment preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced and physically demanding settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration abilities
- Capability to follow safety procedures and handle raw food safely
Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines correctly and efficiently
- Handle and sanitize kitchenware including pots, pans, and utensils
- Manage waste by handling garbage and operating trash compactors
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen work areas
- Navigate shelving units both high and low to store and retrieve items
- Work expediently in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment
- Adhere to food safety guidelines when handling raw chicken
