We are currently hiring evening crew team members who will be essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our restaurant during the later hours of the day. Evening shifts typically start between 4 and 5 pm and extend until close, with flexibility considered within this time frame. Weekend availability is a must, as the weekend rush demands capable team members to ensure seamless service. As a Crew Person, your responsibilities will include greeting customers with a friendly smile, accurately taking and delivering food orders, preparing McDonald’s world-famous menu items, and working closely with other crew members and managers to achieve daily performance goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining restaurant cleanliness, washing dishes, performing routine cleaning tasks, and ensuring that all stock items are well maintained and ready for use.
