This inclusive work environment fosters diversity and respect among its workforce.

As an Evening Cook at Aramark, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage deeply with culinary arts, bringing a variety of recipes to life in an environment that encourages creativity and exploration of diverse cuisines, flavors, and cooking techniques. The Evening Cook role is tailored for individuals passionate about cooking and eager to develop their culinary skills. This position allows you to explore traditional and innovative cooking methods such as baking, broiling, roasting, and steaming while following standardized recipes and food safety protocols. Beyond cooking, your responsibilities include organizing workstations, handling preparation duties like chopping and measuring, ensuring the kitchen remains sanitized, and maintaining a cheerful, customer-focused attitude that supports excellent service. The role not only entails technical cooking skills but also requires teamwork, communication, and an ability to maintain high safety standards to protect both customers and colleagues.

In addition to competitive compensation, Aramark offers eligible employees comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and optical insurance policies that provide health security. Financial well-being is supported through retirement savings plans such as the 401(k), helping employees build a solid financial foundation for the future. Further, paid absences like parental leave and disability coverage demonstrate Aramark’s commitment to work-life balance and employee welfare. These benefits, combined with ongoing training and development opportunities, form a supportive workplace where employees are encouraged to grow and thrive.

Aramark also offers internships and student opportunities across various departments, designed to cultivate fresh talent and provide valuable career experience. Flexible and remote work options are available for certain roles, reflecting the company’s adaptability to diverse employee needs. Continuous investment in training—ranging from leadership development to skills enhancement workshops—equips employees with the tools they need to advance their careers within Aramark.
