Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous culinary experience in hospitality or restaurant kitchen setting preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Provide friendly service with a smile to guests
- Flexible schedule with availability for days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time unless directed otherwise
- Must clock in/out for breaks at designated schedule times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Ability to stand for sustained periods
- Ability to walk long distances within the work environment
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Ability to lift and carry supplies as required
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions satisfactorily
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to brand standards and guidelines
- Comply with food safety certification requirements, including Food Handlers Safety Training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas per State Board of Health regulations
- Complete necessary food and station preparations prior to restaurant opening
- Know the location and operation of all safety equipment
- Assist in the storage and rotation of food items following hotel procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
