Job Description

Dweck is a leading property management company that prides itself on creating vibrant communities and delivering exceptional living experiences to its residents. With a focus on quality service and tenant satisfaction, Dweck manages a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including apartments and multi-family communities. Their commitment to providing outstanding customer service, fostering a welcoming environment, and enhancing community values has positioned them as a trusted name in the real estate and property management industry. The company emphasizes a strong culture rooted in core values such as integrity, respect, inclusiveness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. These principles create a dynamic workplace and contribute to making Dweck a best place to work and live at.

The Concierge role at Dweck is a pivotal position serving as the brand ambassador for the community. As the first point of contact for current and future residents, the Concierge embodies the company’s dedication to personalized, attentive service. This role is designed for individuals with exceptional interpersonal skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a genuine desire to improve the resident experience. The Concierge’s daily activities involve engaging residents and guests with hospitality, responding to inquiries, managing building entries, supporting administrative tasks, and organizing community events. The position not only requires handling practical duties such as package management, visitor logs, and emergency procedures but also focuses on creating meaningful moments that go beyond standard service expectations.

The Concierge must be knowledgeable about local amenities and community highlights to assist residents comprehensively. This includes partnering with local businesses to offer special discounts, providing VIP services, and promoting the community’s advantages to prospective tenants. The role demands a proactive attitude in addressing service requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining open communication with both residents and the team. Furthermore, the Concierge helps enforce security measures, monitor suspicious activities, and ensure resident safety, which underscores the importance of vigilance and responsibility in this position.

The role is partly administrative and partly social, creating a unique opportunity to influence the atmosphere and lifestyle of the community. The Concierge also participates in team meetings, learning and development initiatives, and corporate culture activities designed to foster collaboration and engagement among employees. The job requires commitment to Dweck’s values, positive teamwork, effective communication, and integrity. Concierges are expected to actively contribute to a culture of acceptance, respect, and diversity, making them integral members of the Dweck family.

This position offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and a company-matched 401K retirement plan. Additionally, employees enjoy multiple perks such as apartment home discounts, referral bonuses, and participation in team-building events. Part-time concierges are required to attend a full paid new hire orientation to immerse themselves in Dweck’s corporate culture and values, which underscores the company’s investment in employee development and satisfaction. Overall, the Concierge role at Dweck is ideal for individuals who thrive in a service-oriented environment and seek to make a positive impact on community living experiences.
