Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years old
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to safely valet park vehicles
  • Able to work Thursday to Monday from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Meet local alcohol service requirements
  • Obtain food handler permits within two weeks of hire
  • Effective English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Reliable and detail-oriented
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Team-oriented and proactive approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and willingness to assist in various areas

Job Duties

  • Create a positive first impression by performing valet parking services for residents and visitors
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting residents, families, and visitors, answering calls, and anticipating needs
  • Respond promptly to emergencies, monitor resident call systems, and contact emergency services as necessary
  • Oversee building safety systems, including fire alarms, and follow emergency procedures assisting residents during fires or severe weather
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling transportation, maintaining records, coordinating guest suite reservations, and ensuring suites meet RLC standards
  • Support community operations by assisting with room service requests, dining room coverage during peak times, event setup, and responsible alcohol service
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas and ensure building security by locking and unlocking exterior doors at designated times
  • Welcome new residents and guide them through the orientation process
  • Manage office supplies, resident documents, and menus, and perform clerical duties as assigned
