The associate will be tasked with bagging groceries carefully, performing price checks accurately, and assisting guests by carrying their purchases safely to their vehicles. A major part of the role also involves operating the bottle return area safely and in compliance with company policies, maintaining stock levels of front-end supplies to support smooth operations, and communicating any new store policies or promotions to customers effectively. Additionally, associates must project a professional image by adhering to the dress code and personal grooming standards consistently, as well as maintaining a neat and safe work environment at all times. This customer-facing position requires constant standing, bending, twisting, squatting, and occasional pushing or pulling of loads up to 50 pounds, supporting the physical demands of a busy retail setting.
