Job Requirements

  • Must be available to work Sunday through Wednesday
  • Must have a minimum of one year bartending experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must adhere to all local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations
  • Physical ability to stand and work for extended periods
  • Must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year bartending experience
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Adaptability to shift schedules including Sunday through Wednesday availability

Job Duties

  • Promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills whenever possible to maximize revenues
  • Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures
  • Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service to the guest should cease
  • Verify liquor inventory and complete all requisition requirements and stock
  • Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting delicious beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
