Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Duties

  • Greet guests courteously and respectfully when seated at station
  • offer menu suggestions using acquired menu knowledge
  • deliver hot food checking for accuracy, appearance, and temperature
  • provide genuine hospitality and ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, pantry line area and dining room common areas
  • perform side work such as rolling silverware, restocking cleaning supplies, and bussing tables
  • communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers about product/service issues and safety concerns
