Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible evening and weekend shifts
maintain good personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniform
physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods
friendly, approachable demeanor
reliable and punctual
ability to follow company policies and procedures
legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an asset
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work evenings and weekends
ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
basic math skills for handling transactions
strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Duties

Greet guests courteously and respectfully when seated at station
offer menu suggestions using acquired menu knowledge
deliver hot food checking for accuracy, appearance, and temperature
provide genuine hospitality and ensure 100% guest satisfaction
maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, pantry line area and dining room common areas
perform side work such as rolling silverware, restocking cleaning supplies, and bussing tables
communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers about product/service issues and safety concerns
