The company prides itself not only on providing extraordinary guest services but also on creating a rewarding, inclusive environment for its employees. The Four Seasons team members around the world are dedicated to creating memorable moments for guests, residents, and partners by combining luxury with genuine heart. This dedication to outstanding service is supported by a strong company culture that emphasizes recognition, support, and development of its employees, ensuring they have the tools and motivation to deliver exceptional experiences every day.
The Four Seasons location referenced here embodies sophisticated style and vibrant energy in a premier vacation destination. Situated in a coastal city known for its celebrated yacht club lifestyle, the property offers an experience that blends modern luxury with classic maritime charm. With a prime beachfront address, the hotel is perfectly placed near popular shops, fine dining establishments, marinas, and entertainment venues, providing guests with a rich array of experiences reflective of the locale’s famed yachting spirit.
The role of Mixologist at this Four Seasons property is a crucial position within the flagship restaurant, Evelyn’s. This position requires an individual who is passionate about crafting and serving a diverse range of wine, spirits, and cocktails to a discerning clientele. As a Mixologist, you will be the face of the beverage service, delighting guests with expertly prepared drinks that balance classic and contemporary tastes. Your responsibilities will extend beyond just mixing drinks to include personalized guest service, maintaining a thorough knowledge of beverages including liquors, wines, beers, cognacs, and specialty drinks, and ensuring compliance with company standards for quality and presentation.
This full-time role demands excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environment and will have the ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and adapt to dynamic situations. Familiarity with modern point-of-sale systems such as Opera and Micros is highly desirable, as is the physical ability to handle typical bar duties including lifting up to 30 pounds. Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and diverse shifts, is essential to meet the demands of this vibrant hospitality venue.
Four Seasons offers competitive salary and wages alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support team members both professionally and personally. Employees benefit from excellent training and development opportunities, complimentary accommodations at other Four Seasons locations worldwide, dry cleaning services for uniforms, and employee meals. This role is ideal for someone seeking to advance their career in luxury hotel beverage service, while working within a respected brand committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. The position requires US work authorization, reflecting the company’s compliance with employment standards and fair hiring practices.
Joining Four Seasons as a Mixologist means working in an environment that values individuality, dedication, and high standards of hospitality. It is an opportunity to contribute to a legacy of luxury, where every interaction and every detail matters, and where you are empowered to grow your skills and career within a globally respected company.
