At Four Seasons, the focus extends beyond guest satisfaction to creating meaningful connections that resonate for a lifetime. The company values inclusivity, diversity, and mutual respect, fostering a supportive environment where employees can thrive and grow.
Situated in a prime beachfront location, the Four Seasons property embodies both modern luxury and the classic yacht club lifestyle, offering sophisticated style and vibrant energy in a celebrated vacation destination. Located in Fort Lauderdale, this property places guests moments away from some of the city’s best shops, restaurants, marinas, and unparalleled entertainment, all set within one of the world’s top yachting locales. The service ethos of this Four Seasons location combines impeccable attention to detail with a relaxed yet refined atmosphere, contributing to an unforgettable experience for visitors and locals alike.
The Mixologist role at this Four Seasons property involves preparing and serving a curated selection of wines, spirits, and cocktails for the flagship restaurant, Evelyn's. This position demands a high level of expertise in beverage preparation, menu knowledge, and guest interaction skills. The Mixologist is responsible for ensuring that every drink served meets rigorous standards for taste, presentation, and quality, in accordance with official recipes and the restaurant's elevated service style. This role is integral to maintaining the luxury ambiance and exceptional guest satisfaction synonymous with the Four Seasons brand. Candidates for this position are expected to bring significant experience in high-volume bartending, preferably within luxury hotels or resorts, and demonstrate excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Working here means embracing a fast-paced environment where team collaboration and attention to detail are key.
Employment is offered on a full-time basis, with the flexibility to work varied shifts that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate operational needs. The Four Seasons team in Fort Lauderdale supports a comprehensive benefits package accompanied by competitive wages and opportunities for professional development. Employees are provided with exclusive amenities including complimentary accommodations at other Four Seasons properties, dry cleaning for uniforms, and employee meals, reflecting the company’s dedication to fostering a positive and rewarding workplace. The role also requires candidates to be authorized to work in the United States.
