- previous experience in restaurant management or event planning preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- proficiency in event planning and food and beverage operations
- commitment to customer satisfaction
- ability to work well under pressure
